Box 16089, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tertio Aila Opere, who died at St. Paul's Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 2012. CAUSE No. 93 of 2020 By Sanjay Govindji Sutaria, the deceased's trustee, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Jayabai Govindji Sutaria, who died at Old Town, Mombasa, on 18th October, 2018. CAUSE No. E17 OF 2021 By Emily Achieng Oduor, of P.O. Box 41670-00100. Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Peninah Oduor, who died at Jina, on 31st July, 2017. CAUSE No. E34 OF 2021 By Fatuma Hamisi Mgalu, of P.O. Box 230, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Salimu Nzili, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2006. CAUSE No. E34 "B" OF 2021 By (1) Asha Saumu Chiliko and (2) Halima Salim Nkirembwe, both of P.O. Box 18, Kwale in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Salim, who died at Coast Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
