TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2020 By (1) Paul Sane Samori and (2) Isaac Saningo Mwaai, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaai ole Tingisha Samori, who died at Inkiito, on 9th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2021 By (1) Grace Njeri Kibathi and (2) David Kamau Kibathi, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kibathi Njoroge, who died at Kiserian, on 29th July, 2020. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2021 By (1) Eunice Noosangi Selembo and (2) Benjamin Kasairo John, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John ole Selembo Mosongo, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
