TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1:7 OF 221 By Teresa Molder° Siro. of P.O. Box 214, Kilingili in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kara Siro Ombaye, who died at Kefinco, on 30th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2021 By Shem M. Wambulwa, of P.O. Box 318, Matunda in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muinialo Wambulwa, who died at Lupin Mission Hospital in Kenya, on December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
