TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E5 OF 2021 By The Public Trustee, of P.O. Box 80366-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiania Andrew Njagi, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2020. CAUSE No. E35 OF 2021 By Dilipkumar Chhaganlal Hansraj Kalidas Shah alias Dilip Chhaganlal Hansraj Shah, of P.O. Box 81133-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate annexed to the will of Chhganlal Hansraj Kalidas Shah alias Chhaganlal Hansraj Shah, who died at Mombasa, on 12th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
