THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT ACT
(No. 2 of 2016)
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred under section 6 (2) of the
Small Claims Court Act, 2016, the Chief Justice of the Republic of
Kenya designates—
Hon. Keyne Odhiambo Gweno — Resident Magistrate,
Hon. Martin Njeru Mutua — Resident Magistrate,
as adjudicators in any proceedings under the Act, at the Milimani
Small Claims Court, for a period of twelve (12) months, with effect
from the 5th July, 2021.
