Juma, of P.O. Box 5225–01000, Eastleigh in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Godfrey Juma Wasike, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Godfrey Juma Wasike and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wasike N. Juma, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Wasike N. Juma only. Dated the 7th June, 2021.
