NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above development plans was completed on 9th June 2021. The Development plans relate to land situated within Lamu County. Copies of the development plans as prepared have been deposited at the Office of County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning, Urban Development and Infrastructure, the Office of the Deputy County Commissioner, Lamu West and offices of the chiefs at Tewe, Central (Mpeketoi), Witu, Hindi, Hongwe, Mokowe and Mkunumbi, respectively. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning, Urban Development and Infrastructure, the Office of the Deputy County Commissioner, Lamu West and offices of the chiefs at Tewe, Central (Mpeketoi), Witu, Hindi, Hongwe, Mokowe and Mkunumbi, respectively, between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, Any interested person[s] who wishes to make any presentation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such presentations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning Urban Development and Infrastructure P.O.
