REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Ng’ang’a Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Laikipia/Ndindika/764, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 166 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of (1) Beth Wanjiru Ng’ang’a and (2) Jane Wanjiru Ng’ang’a and whereas the said (1) Beth Wanjiru Ng’ang’a and (2) Jane Wanjiru Ng’ang’a have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lostnotice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor bt transmission R.L. 19 in the names of (1) Beth Wanjiru Ng’ang’a and (2) Jane Wanjiru Ng’ang’a and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said George Ng’ang’a Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
