NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th September, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 15, in Volume DI, Folio 239/3947, File No. MMXX, by our client, Faith Karwirwa Mutiga (guardian) on behalf of Trevor Emmanuel Duncan (minor), of P.O. Box 18974– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Trevor Emmanuel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Trevor Emmanuel and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Trevor Emmanuel Duncan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Trevor Emmanuel Duncan only.
