NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th March, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 4068, in Volume DI, Folio 117/2760, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Samson Wambui Kiemo, formerly known as Samson Kiemo Wambui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samson Kiemo Wambui and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samson Wambui Kiemo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samson Wambui Kiemo only.
