NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd January 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 879, in Volume DI, Folio 119/2771, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Frank Wanyutu Wainaina, of P.O. Box 253, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Peter Wanyutu Kibue, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Wanyutu Kibue, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Frank Wanyutu Wainaina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name Frank Wanyutu Wainaina only.
