NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th May, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2436 in Volume DI, Folio 112/2698, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Liz Muthoni Mbugua, of P.O. Box 769–01001, Kalimoni in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elizabeth Muthoni Mbugua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elizabeth Muthoni Mbugua and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Liz Muthoni Mbugua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Liz Muthoni Mbugua only.
