NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to owner of motor vehicle/salvage Mitsubishi Fuso (without registration No. plates) Chassis No. FV 413P-A20251, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle/salvage from the premises of Messrs. Jakinda Engineering Works, along Mombasa Road, opp. National Group, P.O. Box 32131– 00600, Nairobi, within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of the notice upon payment of repairs and accumulated storage charges together with accrued interest and incidental costs incurred thereto, failure to which the said vehicle/salvage will be sold by public auction or private treaty in accordance with the provisions of Disposal of the Uncollected Goods Act .
