NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owner of the double rammed press machine which is lying at Old Mumandu Building, Muindi Mbingu Street, Thika Light Industries, of P.O. Box 2434–01000, Thika, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding balance including storage and security charges, failure to which the said press machine will be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
