THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Crispal Kanja, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.55 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Olooloitikoshi-Kitengela/1671, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in succession cause no. 161 of 2015, has issued grant in favour of (1) Asaph Muinamia Kanja and (2) Wilson Kamau Kanja, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in favour of the said administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Crispal Kanja, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
