THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Musyoka alias Musyoka Ndonye (deceased), of P.O. Box 75, Ithanga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.33 hectare or thereabouts, known as Makuyu/Makuyu/Block 1 (Punda Millia)/1883, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in succession cause no. 289 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Musyoki Kisilu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said John Musyoki Kisilu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Musyoka alias Musyoka Ndonye (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
