REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Mbugua Kinuthia, of P.O. Box 51348–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 28318/1514, situate in Ruiru Municipality in Thika District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 163271/1, and whereas a transfer in favour of (1) Jackson Mwatha and (2) Maryann Wanjiru Mwatha has been presented at the registry, and whereas a statutory declaration has been filed under section 31 of the Actto support that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 163271 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with registration of the said discharge.
