REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Macharia Mwangi (ID/2218642), of P.O. Box 38687, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Ukunda/3135, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green/white card) issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the land register (green/white card) as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
