Box 43-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's brother; for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Of Mutiyasya Ukoli alias Munyasia Ukoli, who died at Mwingi Sub-location; On 15th April, 1982. CAUSE No. E55 OF 2021 By Kamengi Ndole, of P.O. Box 58-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ndole Masila, who died at Muthurwa, on 13th June, 2003. CAUSE No. E58 OF 2021 By (1) Masaa Kitemwa Kitavi and (2) Vilisila Kithunga, both of P.O. Box 103-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Kiteme Kavavi, who died at Kairungu Sub-location, on 8th May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
