application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E105 OF 2021 By (1) Thomas Omondi Olendo and (2) Rose Adhiambo Owinyo, both of P.O. Box 231, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marsiana Anyango Nyaboro alias Gor Nyaboro, who died at Rangala, on 10th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
