TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO.E18 OF 2020 By Joseph Ogutu Owino, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Owino Ogutu alias Owino Ogutu, who died at North East Ugenya Location, on 2nd February, 2002. CAUSE NO. 102 OF 2021 By (1) Claris Ajwang Mungala and (2) Caleb Ochieng Wasiema, both of P.O. Box 391, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Odhiambo Okoyo and (2) Wasiema Okuto alias Alex Wasiema Okuto, who died on 16th December 1985 and 17th June, 1997, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
