CAUSE No. E103 OF 2021 By Kadzo Kazungu Ngwiya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Ngwiya alias Kazungu Mewiya, who died on 3rd July, 1982. CAUSE No. E106 OF 2021 By (I) Mjeni Guruba Mboro, (2)Ambrose Alfred Guruba and (3) Justine Guruba Haji, the deceased's legal heirs, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Guruba Mboru alias Guruba Mboro Tuva, who died at Ngerenyi, Kilifi, on 30th June, 2010.
