TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E16 OF 2021 By Roselyne Kilande Wanyama, of P.O. Box 40, Tongaren in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanyonyi Wamocho, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2020. CAUSE No. El9 OF 2021 By (l) Jack Barasa Nanagalama and (2) Ayubu Mikisi Nangalama, both of P.O. Box 149, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nangalama Kiliswa Chenjeni, who died at Karima Sub-location, on 19th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
