TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E98 OF 2021 By (1) Julius Makau Simba, (2) Mbithi Simba and (3) Joshua Musumbi Simba, all of P.O. Box 194-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Geofrey Simnba alias Kutuva Simba, who died at Matungulu, on 18th December, 2020 . The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
