Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Moraa John, who died on 11th June, 2013. Box 2264-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and purchaser, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Oyugi Nyagaka, who died at Township, Kisii, on 16th January, 2015. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milka Kenyansa Oganda alias Kenyansa Oganda, who died on 10th December, 1986. CAUSE No. 187 of 2021 By David Mose Ontiri, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ontiri Maina, who died at Orogare, Nyamache Sub-County, on 4th April, 1999.
