Box 582, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ituri M'Mithiaru alias Ituire Ithairu, who died at Ntunene, on 10th June, 2010. CAUSE No. E81 OF 2021 By (1) Flora Kambura Kithera and (2) Purity Kananu, both of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithera M'Karara alias M'Kuura Nkarara alias Kuura s/o M'Karara, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd February, 2017. CAUSE No. E82 OF 2021 By (1) James Kirema Baikenda and (2) Fridah Kathambi Kirema, both of P.O. Box 45, Laare in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muirabua Mwamiru, who died at Antuambui, on 5th May, 1998. CAUSE No. E85 of 2021 By (1) Salome Gacheri Ikiara and (2) Brenda Mwendwa Nkunja, both of P.O. Box 314, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Nkunja Ntonja, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
