TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 64 OF 2020 By Public Trustee, of P.O. Box 80366-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacobed Wambugha Mwanjumwa, who died at Ndome Sub-location, on 5th January, 2016. CAUSE No. E116 OF 2021 By Nilesh Khimji Ravji, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khimji Ravji Devraj, who died at SGVP Holistic Hospital, India, on 18th December, 2020. CAUSE No. E122 OF 2021 By (1) Raymond Ndole Kidelo and (2) Victoria Francisca Wughimbi, both of P.O. Box 41107, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kidelo Mwamburi, who died at Godoma, on 18th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
