TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 52 OF 2020 By Zachary Chege Kiarie, of P.O. Box I2G-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Kiarie Mbugua alias Gabriel Mbugua, who died at Kikuyu, on 8th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. £21 OF 2021 By (1) Margaret Njeri Muchiri, (2) Eliud Mburu Munyui, (3) Anderson Karongo Munyui and (4) Peter Mburu Munyui, all of P.O. Box 35492-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Munyui Muchiri, who died at Ruaka, Kiambu, on 20th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
