TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El OF 2021 By (1) Bhavik Nilesh Shah, of Apt 214, Building 5, Saadiyat Beach Residences, Abu Dhabi, UAE and (2) Sucheet Nilesh Shah, of 34, Maxwell Road, London, UK, SW6, 2HR, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nilesh Premchand Ramji Shah alias Nilesh Premchand Ramji, who died at Westlands, on 30th July, 2010.
