Miruri Mwirebua, of P.O Box 3201– 60200, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Robert Kei Miruri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Robert Kei Miruri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Robert K. Miruri Mwirebua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Robert K. Miruri Mwirebua only. ROBERT K.
