NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 15th April, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 476, in Volume B-13, Folio 2089/16893, File No. 1637, by our client, Khadija Omar Mohamed, of P.O Box 40819–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mejumaa Omar Fungo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mejumaa Omar Fungo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Khadija Omar Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Khadija Omar Mohamed only.
