NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th April, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 279, in Volume D1, Folio 483/2514, File No. MMXX, by our client, George Mark Kamau Mwangi, of P.O. Box 16998–00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Chris Ryan Kimama Mugambi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Chris Ryan Kimama Mugambi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name George Mark Kamau Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name George Mark Kamau Mwangi only.
