ACT
NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of
motor vehicle KCR 566L, Suzuki Alto, to take delivery of the said
motor vehicle from Dunhill Automobiles Limited, along Ojijo Road,
Parklands, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication
of this notice and upon payment of the accumulated parking and
storage charges together with the cost of this publication and any other
incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed by way of
public auction and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all
accrued charges without further notice.
