THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Nyarotso Nakhale (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ndivisi/Muchi/1646 and 1647, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the court at Bungoma in succession case No. 283 of 2006 has issued grant of letters of administration to Caroline Akula Murunga, and whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier to the said Abraham Ndalila Chichina (deceased) have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instruments and upon such registration, the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Elizabeth Nyarotso Nakhale (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
