GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4836

WHEREAS Alexander Warue Wambugu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mbeti/Gachoka/1429, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession case No. 1683 of 1992 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Milcah Ndunge Wambugu, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Alexander Warue Wambugu (deceased) and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported as missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the name of Milcah Ndunge Wambugu and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alexander Warue Wambugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
