REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lydia Wangari Munene (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.99 hectare or thereabouts, known as Inoi/Kamondo, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kerugoya in succession cause no. 39 “B” of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Charity Muthoni (ID/5745356), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Charity Muthoni (ID/5745356) and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lydia Wangari Munene (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
