REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Alice Kananu Felix (deceased), (2) Susan Gatimba Felix (ID/2387144) and (3) Purity Kagwiria Anampiu (ID/22404378), are the proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.506 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, known as Abothuguchi/Kariene/2088, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
