THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Paul Mwaniki Kinyanjui and (2) Phyllis Wanjiku Mutembei, both of P.O. Box 373, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.7600 hectare or thereabouts, known as Solai/Ndungiri 3/705 (Wanyororo), situate in Nakuru District and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
