REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Wanyeri Githigi, of P.O. Box 1223, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0564 hectare or thereabouts, known as Bahati/Kabatini Block 1/16226, situate in Nakuru District and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
