APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Water Act, 2016, I, Alfred N. Mutua, Governor, County Government of Machakos, appoint JOEL KIILU (ENG.) as the Chairperson of the Machakos Water and Sewerage Services Provider Board.
