APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Paragraph 5 (1) (g) of
the LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority Order, 2013, I, Uhuru
Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence
Forces, appoint—
MOHAMMED HASHIM
to be a member of the LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority
Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 21st May,
2021. The appointment* of David Ngugi is revoked.
