NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to all customers who brought the following vehicles for repair; KAM 103P, KAD 387F, GK T446, KBN 959F, KCB 005A, KAB 216K, KAC 725X, KAA 974E, over five (5) years from the date of receipt at the workshop, and the goods are still with Associated Motors Limited, that the said goods need to be collected upon payment of any outstanding charges within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to collect the said goods within the given notice period shall lead to disposal of the goods.
