TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2021 By (1) Cornelia Auma Odhiambo, (2) Mary Akoth Odhiambo and (3) Pelister Atieno Rachiedo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yona Oloo Chila, who died at Masat, on 1st August, 1990. CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2021 By Elizabeth Ligare Otigo, of P.O. Box 391, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Othieno Udoyo Owiso alias Othieno Udoi, who died on 13th April, 2009. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2021 By Owino Okoth, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okoth Oluoch alias Okoth Oluoch, who died at Uholo Location, on 10th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2021 By Joseph Ochieng Oware, of P.O. Box 260 Ukwala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oching Othur, who died on 1st September, 2000. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2021 By (1) Stephen Oduor Olalo and (2) Philister Anyango Onyango, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasmil Olalo Obam alias Kasmil Olalo, who died at Rambula Sub-location, on 11th May, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
