TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2020 By Fulora Adega Owino, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James owino Otieno, who died at Nyalunya Sub-location, on 16th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2021 By (1) Meshack Odhiambo Achola and (2) John Otieno Achola, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ochola Ooyi alias Achola Ooyi, who died on 1st December, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
