E2 OF 2021 By (1) Pius Mutisya Yuma, (2) Mirriam Ndete Juma and (3) Penninah Kamanthe Ndolo, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Yuma Mwali, who died at Maiani, on 8th July, 2015. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2021 By Ziborah Mutave Kimonyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lincon Kasyoki Nthiani alias Lincoln Kasyoki Nthiani alias Lincorn Kasyoki Nthiani, who died at Kiima Kiu, on 12th August, 2015. E12 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Wayua Muoka and (2) Jane Kavete Muthoka, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muoka Musai, who died on 24th September, 2004.
