TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2021 By Elijah Kinyua Joshua, of P.O. Box 83, Kanja in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kifira Mwithi, who died at Kanja Sub-location, on 26th October, 1973. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2021 By Vincent Ndwiga Mutura, of P.O. Box 134, Manyatta in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutura Kamwitha, late of Embu East, who died at Kianjokoma Sub-location, on 5th July, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
