Box 62, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Itigo, who died at Iriaitune Sub-location, on 9th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2021 By Edward Matu Gaithoh Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Symon Gaithoh Ndirangu, who died at Kisauni, on 31st May, 2009. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2021 By John Njeru Nyaga, of P.O. Box 36–60102, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muraba Mukerere, who died at Thambu Sub-location, on 8th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2021 By Anna Mbandi Muriuki, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndwiga Nginyirua alias Ndwiga Nginyirwa, who died at Mbita Sub-location, on 8th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
