Box 112-80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwambaji Pinji Ndune, who died at Changombe, on 6th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2020 By (1) Nzaka Pinji Ndune and (2) Harrison Pinji Mwambaji, both of P.O. Box 112-80114, Mazeras in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pinji Mtoro Ndune, who died at Rabai, on 11th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2021 By (1) Munga Kalama Ndoro and (2) Mpe Kalama Ndoro, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lennox Kalama Ndoro Weda, who died at Kinun’guna, on 24th October, 1994. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2021 By (1) Samson Katana Kazungu and (2) Mercy Dama Harrison, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harison Kazungu Kahindi, who died at Ngamani, on 16th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2021 By Benson Muranga Chai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chai Juba Kalama, who died at Takaungu, on 15th March, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
