TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 “B” OF 2021 By Richard Mutuku Munyao, of P.O. Box 1070–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthale Kathoka alias Thali Kathoka, who died at Isinga, on 11th December, 1978. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Kavindu Peter and (2) Stephen Nguli, both of P.O. Box 26175-00504, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Michael Mutiso alias Peter Mutiso Nguli, late of Machakos, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
