TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2021 By (1) Terry Wambui Njuguna and (2) Boniface Murimi Nthiga, both of P.O. Box 3, Sabasaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Muriithi Nthiga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2021 By Mary Anne Wambui Kuria, of P.O. Box 5–10218, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Robert Kuria alias Hezron R. Kuria, who died at Kinyona Sub- location, on 18th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
